National business and management firm MGT Group has acquired Fiscal Choice Consulting, a Chicago, Illinois-based financial consulting and operational performance solutions firm with a national footprint. This acquisition will strengthen MGT’s financial and operations capabilities nationally, particularly in the US East.

Among their recent and awarded work, Fiscal Choice has helped a Tennessee government agency determine operating requirements and fee levels required to license short-term rental properties (like Airbnb and VRBO) and helped a Florida community review the permit approval process to alleviate bottlenecks and set fee prices based on cost.
