Dewand Neely has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked most recently as Chief Information Officer for the State of Indiana. Prior to his 15 year tenure with the State of Indiana, as CIO and Director, among other roles, he worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Eleven Fifty Academy, a non-profit software development and cybersecurity training company.

He now serves as the Chief Information Officer at MGT, where he leads IT and Strategic Software Solutions teams and provides executive-level technology expertise. Dewand holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
