Fred Seamon, PhD
Fred brings more than 35 years of experience analyzing the structure, operations, and policies of public sector and nonprofit agencies. He specializes in conducting research related to access, equity, and disparities in education, business, and human services. To date, he has participated in more than 150 disparity research studies across the country including two of the largest disparity studies conducted in the United States.
When he isn’t focused on the disparity side of business, Fred provides leadership in operational transformation and strategic planning. He is a master at providing the trusted insight to help an organization transform and thrive. He has served prior roles in senior leadership positions for Florida State University and Volusia County. He understands our client’s point of view – and uses his prior roles in public administration to help them navigate the complex world of disparity, and beyond.
