Eric brings a broad range of public sector management and operations experience to MGT clients, including more than 25 years of consulting with school districts, cities, counties, and state agencies. He has successfully completed more than 200 consulting engagements in 15 states with demonstrated results in turnaround and transformation, performance measurement, operations execution, organization assessment and structure, stakeholder engagement, revenue enhancement, cost identification and control, resource allocation, and policy adoption and implementation.
Eric has taught hundreds of government officials practical operational and fiscal management applications through numerous training sessions. He is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops for clients, state and local governments and associations, and is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
Eric received a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix Main Campus in Organizational Management and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University. He is also an elected Board of Education Director for the high-performing Cherry Creek School District in Greenwood Village, Colorado, the fourth largest school district in Colorado and the 84th largest school district in the U.S.
