Eric brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he has put his operational and organizational transformation skills to work at Gary Community School District in Indiana, functioning as Emergency Manager.
Throughout his career, Eric has preparing more than 50 user fee studies, 250 cost allocation plans, and 300 indirect cost rate proposals. His experience also includes negotiation with federal and state authorities, audit defense, and customized cost analyses for public sector clients in 15 states. He’s used this prior knowledge to negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on Gary School District’s behalf to settle an $8.5 million obligation.
Eric has taught practical financial management applications to hundreds of government finance officials. He is an industry leader in his field, frequently presenting at conferences and workshops for clients, state and local governments and associations.
