Melanie brings almost two decades of experience working for leading consulting firms, with a strong portfolio of 150+ clients in public and private sectors such as the United States Army and Air Force, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Marriott International, Department of Housing Urban Development, and the State of Hawaii. Melanie is a respected leader – known for helping clients engage in operating model transformation, setting company strategy, business process improvements, emerging technology design and implementation, and organizational redesign. With her diverse set of experiences she brings a unique understanding of how to bring positive change to organizations so they achieve long-term success.

She is an experienced Leader within MGT, providing oversite to large, complex, and multi-capability strategic initiatives and client engagements. Because she acts as a trusted advisor to MGT Practice Leaders and the Executive Team, overall strategy and best practice planning and implementation has led to continued growth and success.
