Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion Group

Reggie is nationally recognized for managing and directing availability and disparity studies and is the leader of MGT’s disparity team. He has directed over three dozen studies since joining MGT and has managed some of the largest disparity studies in the country, including for the City of New York.

Reggie is a former state director for a human services program, which means he is familiar with government operations, processes, systems, management, and administrative technology for county, city, and state agencies. He uses this in-depth understanding to help public administrators and the community understand and navigate disparity research studies, and diversity, inclusion, and equity projects.
