LeAnn Buntrock PhD, joins the Education Solutions Team at MGT Consulting Group

MGT Consulting Group (MGT), a national leader in public sector management consulting and technology services, announced today that LeAnn Buntrock, an accomplished education leader, has joined MGT as Senior Vice President. Buntrock brings nearly 20 years of experience consulting for public agencies and other organizations across the United States.

Buntrock’s most recent role was with the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation where she served as the National Director for Woodrow Wilson’s MBA Fellowship in Education Leadership programs. In this role, she provided strategic leadership in establishing MBA programs designed to prepare leaders to transform the education system. Buntrock was also a Partner and Co-Founder of Bedrock Partners, LLC. in Charlottesville, VA. She provided organizations, states, districts, and schools with on-demand expertise to help them achieve and sustain dramatic increases in student success. Prior to that, Buntrock served as Executive Director for UVA’s Darden-Curry Partnership for Leaders in Education, recognized as one of the most effective turnaround and leadership development efforts in the country.

Buntrock received her Doctor of Philosophy in education policy from the University of Virginia. She also received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond.
