Carrie has over 12-years of experience in teaching and school leadership as well as her Six Sigma certification. Partnering with 150+ schools across six states since 2015, she enhances teacher efficacy by guiding principals and leaders in fostering consistent student learning conditions across various school formats. Recognized for her dedication, Carrie has garnered teaching awards from both a large suburban Colorado district and a K-12 independent school in the Pacific Northwest. Her roles, including a Fellowship for Aspiring School Leaders, refine her adeptness in addressing complex student social and emotional development issues.

Carrie holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins University, a master’s in education from Pacific University, and bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and French from the University of Puget Sound and the University of Burgundy.
