Michael leads operations and provides leadership in client relationship management and solutions development for the firm’s PK-12 education, education transformation, and higher education practice areas. He also provides high-level oversight for MGT’s growing portfolio of education projects throughout the country, fostering excellent project performance and solutions delivery.

Dr. Raisor brings more than 25 years of experience working in a variety of roles in the realm of education. He has served as teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, director of operational excellence, chief operating officer, and adjunct professor. His most recent role was Chief Operations Officer at Jefferson County Public Schools in Kentucky, leading the strategic and daily operations for one of the nation’s largest school districts operating a budget in excess of $1.7 billion. These prior roles afforded him experience in efficiency and organization studies, facilities master plans, and education transformation methodologies.
