Robert brings two decades of management consulting experience across many practices, leading projects and serving clients in more than 30 states. His expertise is in evidence-based strategic planning and feasibility studies, informed by stakeholder engagement and economic, educational, and demographic data. He’s led numerous efforts to design and implement teams for IT projects ranging in scale from a few thousand to more than $30 million.
Robert is widely recognized for his ability to identify stakeholder needs and design responsive systems. For example, he played key roles in helping to architect and refine student longitudinal data systems that link educational outcomes with workforce data in both Florida and Kentucky, helping these states to respond to the heightened national emphasis on institutional accountability and outcomes.
