OBJECTIVE
In order to facilitate the continuing efficiency and effectiveness of office operations, Montgomery College requested a variety of organizational assessments within the Office of the President, the Office of Business Services, and the Student Services Division.

METHODOLOGY
MGT reviewed the array of offices and services provided by Business Services and the Office of the President and evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. Recommendations for appropriate types of structure, resources and other enhancements to strengthen service delivery, as well as identifying areas of excellence were provided. A longitudinal assessment of the Student Services Division prior office reorganization provided a variety of recommendations to improve the internal and external services and communications within the reorganized structure. MGT also provided strategies for transitioning to the new organizational structure.

OUTCOME
The project resulted in recommendations for enhancements to service delivery and recognition of areas of excellence.
