Brandon is a proven human capital and operational strategy executive with 20 years of success in organizational improvement, project and change management, and process improvement. Before joining MGT, he was the Vice President overseeing the Human Resources and Policy and Compliance departments of a global technology company, as well as a consultant for two of the largest international consulting companies. Brandon is a former White House and U.S. Supreme Court intern and is certified in Human Resources (i.e., Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Project Management (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management (i.e., Prosci Change Manager), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and Artificial Intelligence (MIT).
